This site will be dedicated to keeping folks updated on what is going on at GSF. We will put up everything from notices of upcoming events to light-hearted musings on, and photos of, the day-to-day in our garden classrooms. We'd also like this site to be a place where the reader can get information on the other school garden projects in L.A. If you're involved with such a project, and would like us to post on what is happening with it, we'd be more than happy to. We hope that this site will become a hub for the community of school gardens, where members share their thoughts and concerns. To that end, we will frequently have guest bloggers from the community write entries on whatever is on their minds. We look forward to your readership and your comments.

Best of luck on the new blog. Would love to guest blog sometime on being a resident of a truly mixed-ethnic, mixed-income neighborhood, and the potential that gardening has for bringing folks together.
